Here at PogoStick, we’re always working on something new. The wonderful world of websites never sits still and neither do we. Here is a brief overview of some projects we’ve enjoyed working on recently.

Helping people to be the best they can, Integro is focused on personal development and well-being. The website needed to reflect the style and spirit of the business, as well as being mobile friendly. The site was also built to accommodate an online store and blog.

Bloom on Ballance Florist

Blooms operate two florist shops in the Gisborne area and were looking to move away from their costly Zeald ecommerce site. It wasn’t mobile friendly, easy to use, nice to look at or simple to update or transfer. It was also costing them a lot of money every month – in fact everything cost, from simple changes to a basic backup. It was time to move on – but the process seemed overwhelming.

The good news for the team at Blooms is that we were able to take care of it all – for a lot less than other providers. We also reduced their monthly outgoings from over $150 to under $15. This covered everything, from website hosting, domain renewal and email services. The process to move across over 200 products was done within days, a holding page let customers know the new and improved website would be back in a flash – and it was. Everything was live and the online store operational within days. If you’re currently with a website provider that you feel is charging you too much and you’d like to move on, talk to us – it could well be easier and cheaper than you think.

Simplexity Construction

Simplexity provide a range of construction-related services including earthquake rebuild assessment. They have an office in Middleton, with a lot of staff out in the field. Their old website was in desperate need of upgrading, and they wanted to consolidate their website, email, domain and hosting services to one provider – and saved big in the process.

Their new website was modern, fresh, easy to update and mobile friendly. Email services were transferred away from Spark – an expensive, unreliable and, from time to time, the well-known hacks, and moved to a more cost-effective email solution that was fully cloud-based and suitable for all mobile devices.

It’s fully responsive for smartphones and tablets and uses a CDN service to make sure images are loaded faster for an optimized visitor experience.

Island-inspired Landscaping

sPacific Landscape Group are based in sunny Tauranga and design, build and maintain beautiful gardens inspired by the carefree breezes of the Pacific islands. Their website had to reflect the style and grace of the gardens they create, with clean lines and fully-responsive design.

I had been working on my website for almost two years. With PogoStick Web Services it took literally two days! The process has built my confidence for adding more to my website in the future. I really can’t thank you enough. Not only were you affordable but very helpful and upfront about any extra costs. Very straightforward and easy for an IT noob like me.
